Product Details

The Fred Perrin FPBGY combines modern materials with a more traditional aesthetic. Its full-titanium frame is covered with antique brown Micarta scales, while its 72-mm blade is crafted from VG10 steel. This model is part of the First Run edition, limited to 300 numbered pieces.

A solid titanium handle with a unique character

The handle is constructed entirely of titanium. The antique brown Micarta scales cover this metal base and give the FPBGY its own distinct identity among the various versions of the model.

Its dimensions remain particularly compact: the handle measures 85 mm in length and is 11 mm thick. When opened, the knife measures 158 mm. Despite its titanium construction and 3-mm-thick blade, its weight is limited to 56 g.

VG10 steel and a 72-mm blade

The FPBGY features a 72 mm VG10 steel blade, with a thickness of 3 mm. This blade complements a particularly compact design in which the proportions of the handle, blade, and the knife as a whole are contained within less than 16 cm when the knife is fully extended.

A limited, numbered launch edition

Beyond its materials, this version stands out as part of the First Run Fred Perrin. The launch series is intentionally limited to 300 numbered pieces, giving each one a unique place within this first production run.

A Kydex sheath accompanies the FPBGY. With its antique brown Micarta, titanium frame, VG10 blade, and numbered production run, this variant offers a warmer aesthetic.
