Fenix BC28R: Smart Front and Rear Bike Light Kit

The Fenix BC28R is a smart bike light combo designed for road cycling, commuting, and mountain biking. It combines a powerful 2,500-lumen front light with a compact red taillight to improve both the cyclist’s visibility and safety during nighttime rides.

A powerful front light with an anti-glare beam

The headlight on the Fenix BC28R offers a maximum range of 180 meters. Its anti-glare cut-off beam creates a clear boundary to effectively illuminate the road without dazzling oncoming traffic. This design is particularly well-suited for urban rides, road trips, and daily commutes.

Connected taillight for enhanced safety

The taillight included in the kit emits a red light of up to 20 lumens with wide-angle coverage. Once paired with the front light, it can be controlled directly from the front light. The front light also displays the rear light’s current mode, allowing the cyclist to quickly check the status of their lighting without stopping.

Rechargeable power supply and replaceable battery

The front light is powered by a rechargeable Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery, which is replaceable to accommodate long rides or frequent use. The rear light, meanwhile, features a built-in 400 mAh battery. Both units recharge via a USB Type-C port.

Robust Construction and Versatile Mounting

The Fenix BC28R features a CNC-machined metal construction with an anodized finish and a carbon-fiber-look texture. Certified IP66 and drop-resistant from 1.5 meters, it is designed to withstand demanding riding conditions. Its compatibility with GoPro-style mounts further enhances its installation versatility.
