The Dreamtech D4542MBL is a compact folding knife that stands out thanks to its Micarta handle featuring shades of blue, green, black and beige. The different layers of the material form an irregular pattern, giving each scale a unique appearance. D2 steel Drop Point blade
Its 77 mm blade is made from D2 steel and has a stated hardness of between 58 and 60 HRC. Its Drop Point shape combines a spine that slopes gradually towards the tip with a slightly curved cutting edge. This versatile geometry is suitable for the various cutting tasks encountered in everyday use.
The Bead Blast finish reduces the steel’s shine and gives the blade a uniform, matt silver hue. Its 3.3 mm thickness lends it a bold presence whilst remaining consistent with the knife’s compact dimensions.</p
A Micarta handle with a multicoloured pattern
The 107 mm handle features blue Micarta inlays, criss-crossed with green, black and beige patterns. The layering of the different colours creates an organic design that varies along the entire length of the handle. Its slightly curved shape fits comfortably in the hand and provides sufficient surface area to control the knife during everyday cutting tasks.
A lanyard hole is integrated into the end of the handle. This allows you to attach a lanyard or a personalised accessory to make it easier to draw the knife from a pocket.
The locking system combines a Button Lock with a Liner Lock. The button on the handle makes it easy to unlock the mechanism, whilst the liner helps to hold the blade in place when it is fully extended.

Two methods of manual opening
The blade can be deployed using the flipper located at its heel. It also features a large, openwork opening that allows it to be operated directly with the thumb. These two controls offer several options for one-handed operation, depending on the user’s preference.
